Hi,

I have the same problem, but I found an easier work around.

1. Either open Layout fresh or clear the scene.
2. Go to the Record Panel and select your Animation Type. eg. NewTek-AVI.
3. Load up the scene that has been creashing.
4. Render normaly.
5. Repeat these steps for any other scene you want to render.

Let me know if this helps you all. I'd like to justify the sleep deprivation.
